Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
Quality Control:
Ensure all fit-out projects meet company standards and client specifications.
Material Management:
Oversee procurement and inventory of raw materials, ensuring cost efficiency.
Team Management:
Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and minimizing waste.
Coordination with Departments:
Work closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of store fit-outs.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure that all production activities comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
Troubleshooting:
Address production issues, machine breakdowns, and workflow disruptions to minimize downtime.
