Black & Grey HR, a leading recruitment agency, is currently partnering with a prominent player in the Esports industry to recruit Graphic Design & Production Manager for their upcoming Esports team in Dubai, UAE. As the Graphic Design and Production Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the industry\'s leading players in Esports in the region. Your role will be pivotal in producing and overseeing exceptional digital and print creative solutions to fulfill the organization\'s marketing needs. Utilizing your deep knowledge of graphic design, layout techniques, and marketing project execution, you will contribute to driving the brand promotion and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design pieces within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final delivery of digital and print creative solutions.

- Design original pieces, including illustrations, infographics, websites, brochures, and product packaging.

- Ensure high-quality standards by reviewing and providing feedback on the work of junior designers.

- Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign) to refine images, fonts, and layouts.

- Apply typography techniques to enhance visual appeal and communication.

- Generate innovative ideas to effectively portray concepts and advertise products/services.

- Enhance user-friendliness in digital products through intuitive design approaches.

- Maintain consistent brand identity and visual guidelines across all marketing projects.

- Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure project deadlines are met.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging design trends, and relevant tools.

- Manage the production of flyers, brochures, store display items, and branding materials.

- Coordinate with printers to establish production timelines, cost estimates, and ensure the desired quantity and quality.

- Oversee production aspects of events related to design and branding.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, Art Director or Desinger cum Production Manager or in a similar role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating completed design projects across various mediums.

- Proficiency in image editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) and desktop publishing tools (e.g., InDesign).

- Excellent aesthetic skills, blending colors, fonts, and layouts effectively.

- Keen attention to visual details, ensuring designs meet high-quality standards.

- Ability to meet tight deadlines and collaborate effectively within a team.

- Passion or experience in gaming is preferred, but not mandatory.
