We Are Hiring: Production Manager - Exhibition Stand Fabrication

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee our workshop operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality exhibition stands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Management

Oversee all workshop production activities, including carpentry, painting, electrical preparation, and finishing works.

Lead and manage a team of carpenters, painters, technicians, and helpers.

Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure production standards are met.

Ensure all stands are fabricated according to approved designs and specifications.

2. Pricing & Cost Estimation

Prepare accurate costings, BOQs, and pricing for stand-building projects.

Calculate materials, labor hours, and fabrication costs based on project drawings.

Recommend cost-saving methods without compromising on quality.

3. Technical Coordination

Coordinate with project managers, designers, and account managers on technical requirements.

Review drawings and ensure production feasibility.

Identify challenges early and propose practical solutions.

4. Quality Control

Inspect work in progress and finished items to meet high-quality standards.

Ensure production aligns with company guidelines and event regulations.

Implement best practices to maintain consistency across all builds.

5. Team Leadership & Workflow Management

Supervise and evaluate production staff performance.

Train and guide the team to enhance skills and productivity.

Maintain a safe, disciplined, and organized workshop environment.

Monitor timelines to ensure all stands are delivered on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5 years' experience in exhibition stand production or workshop fabrication.

Strong preference for candidates with Foreman Carpenter or Carpentry Supervisor experience.

Excellent knowledge of materials, construction methods, and finishing techniques.

Ability to prepare accurate pricing, BOQs, and material estimations.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
