Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the exhibition, events, and experiential marketing sectors.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, agencies, and partners.
Understand client requirements and work closely with the design, production, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify gaps and areas for innovation.
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
5 Years Work Experience as business Development Manager in Exhibition Stand Fabrication & Event Management
Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within the exhibition stand fabrication, events, or creative industries.
A strong network within the UAE event and exhibition sector is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
