Job Description

Production Manager - Carpentry



Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, or related field (preferred).

? Minimum of 5 years' experience in a carpentry, woodworking, or furniture manufacturing environment.

? Proven experience in managing factory operations and leading production teams.

? Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, production techniques, and materials.

? Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

? Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems. Preferred Skills:

? Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.

? Experience with CNC machinery and automated woodworking equipment.

? Understanding of quality control standards and ISO procedures.
