Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and monitor production schedules to meet customer deadlines, quality standards, and output targets. Oversee all manufacturing activities including aluminum extrusion, casting, fabrication, and finishing operations. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, maximize yield, and reduce defects and material waste. Manage daily operations of production staff, including task allocation, training, performance monitoring, and discipline. Ensure preventive maintenance programs are implemented to minimize machine downtime and production disruptions. Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies across the production facility. Manage raw materials, inventory levels, manpower, and resources to ensure uninterrupted production flow. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to align production plans with material availability and project requirements. Monitor production performance and prepare operational reports for management. Implement continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering. Minimum

5-10 years

of experience in aluminum or metal fabrication manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes such as extrusion, casting, anodizing, and fabrication. Proven experience managing production teams and large-scale manufacturing operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with

ERP systems

and production reporting tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets within budget and timelines. Arabic nationality and

Arabic-speaking

(mandatory). Experience in implementing lean manufacturing and waste reduction practices is an advantage.
