About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Production Lead

to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead a team to achieve production targets efficiently and safely. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong leadership, and is committed to continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the production team to meet daily targets and KPIs Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime in manufacturing processes Monitor equipment, materials, and workflows to optimise performance Provide hands-on training, guidance, and support to team members Collaborate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve production issues Maintain accurate production records and reports Promote a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritises safety, quality, and productivity

Requirements

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role Strong understanding of production processes and efficiency optimisation Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with WHS regulations and best practices Computer literacy for production reporting and basic data entry Flexibility to work different shifts or overtime as required

Desirable

Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, 5S)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
