Job Summary:

We seek a driven Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. You will identify opportunities, build relationships, and tailor solutions that align with client objectives. Collaborating with creative and operations teams, you'll ensure seamless service delivery from pitch to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

Sales Targets:

Achieve quarterly/annual goals by closing deals and expanding accounts.

Consultative Selling:

Understand client needs and propose customized media/event solutions.

Proposal Development:

Craft compelling proposals, budgets, and contracts.

Negotiation:

Close agreements balancing client expectations and company profitability.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records in [CRM Software].

Market Insight:

Stay updated on industry trends to refine sales strategies.

Event Participation:

Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, etc.

Client Follow-Up:

Ensure satisfaction post-event and explore upsell opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

3-5+ years in sales, ideally in media/events. Portfolio of closed deals a plus.

Skills:

Exceptional communication/presentation abilities. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.

Traits:

Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented, passionate about media/events.

Travel:

Willingness to travel as needed (10-20%).
