Supervise and coordinate daily production activities of marble cutting, polishing, and finishing.
Ensure production targets are met within quality standards and deadlines.
Allocate manpower and machines efficiently based on daily workload.
Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials and tools.
Implement production schedules and optimize workflow.
Ensure machinery is regularly maintained and in working order.
Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure product quality and minimize rework.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and factory regulations.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Provide training and guidance to production staff.
Key Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marble or stone factory operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Familiar with marble machines (bridge saw, polishing line, edge machines, Waterjet Cutting Machine, CNC Router/Work Center, Block Cutter (Gang Saw / Mono Blade),Flaming Machine
,
Sandblasting Machine , Slab Handling Equipment, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
Knowledge of production planning and health & safety standards.
