Job Description
Job Role:
We are looking for a Production In-Charge with strong experience in the joinery/woodworking industry to oversee our production operations and ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge in handling custom-made wood and joinery works.
Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production activities
Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and manpower
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
Monitor production timelines and maintain output quality
Manage workshop resources and staff productivity
Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness in the workspace
Report production performance and resolve issues promptly
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a joinery or carpentry factory
Strong technical knowledge in custom joinery and fit-out production
Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
Leadership skills with experience managing production teams
Proficiency in production planning and reporting
Based in UAE and ready to join immediately (preferred)
