Job Description
Experience: 2 years of UAE Experience (Dairy industry /Ice cream/Popsicle industry experience Advantage) Strong knowledge and understanding of:
- Food Safety and Food Quality auditing, internal and external
- Preventive controls, including allergen and foreign material controls
- GMPs, sanitary design, pest control,ISO2000:2018,HACCP
- UAE food regulations
- Specifications, including ingredient and packaging, manufacturing and finished goods
- Transfer The Goods From Main Store To Production Store & Collect The Signature On Stock Transfer Note
- Review And Follow Haccp And The Product Process
- Prepare For New Arrivals In Product Lines
- Follow The Company\'s Safety And Quality Guidelines Fine Products
- Maintain The Proper Record For Production Staff Details With Start And End Timing
- Maintain The Proper Products Production List As Per The Raw Material Quantity
- Maintain The Proper Products Production List As Per Flavors
- Arrange The Products Flavors Wise Inside The Storage Area With Batch Code And Barcode
- Keep Ready The Goods For The Dispatch As Per The Company Policies
- Prepare And Send Your Item Request To Store Or Inventory Person
- Strong Leadership And Mentoring Skills
- Ability To Successfully Interact With A Variety Of People
- Excellent Problem Solving Skills Including Root Cause, Corrective Action & Preventive Action
- Ability To Work At Computer With Related Information/Knowledge-Based Software.
- Ability To Operate Standard Food Processing, Laboratory Equipment.
- QC/Analytical Laboratory Experience Will Be Considered As An Advantage.
- Ensure That Standards And Safety Regulations Are Observed
- Address And Discuss Issues And Proposed Solutions With Superiors
- Document Quality Assurance Activities And Create Audit Reports
- Make Recommendations For Improvement
- Create Training Materials And Operating Manuals
- Meet The Deadline Of Individual Production Tasks During The Shift
- Check The Stock Level And Produce Enough Quantity
- Maintain The Reports For Raw Material Damages While Production
- Keep Clean The Production Area While Production To Avoid Hazards From Chemicals And Fragile Products
