Job Title: Production in Charge / Manager List of Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Use and continually develop leadership skills.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
• Initiate and oversee daily production meetings / kick off meetings for all projects.
• To ensure the processes/policies/procedures needed for the quality management systems are established, implemented, monitored, evaluated and maintained.
• Reporting to the top management on the performance of the quality management system and indicating any needs for continual improvement.
• Accountable to close all NCRs by verifications of corrective and preventive actions.
• Any other duties, which the Managing Director and Sales Director may require.

Requirements:

• Technical diploma minimum, bachelors in industrial engineering preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing facility or technical capacity in a related field, with experience in production planning, scheduling, and coordination.
• Good mechanical and engineering aptitude.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production planning software, with strong spreadsheet skills, project planning, analysis, and preparation of reports skills.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
