Job Description
We are looking for a Production In-Charge who can manages the operations of all production areas to ensure that volume, cost, and quality standards are achieved
- Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
- Responsible for entire factory activities includes departments like production, maintenance and safety etc.
- Oversee 100+ workforce in manufacturing/converting facility, Production plant, ensure the smooth operation with maximum output.
- Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure maximum productivity and minimal downtime.
- Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.
- Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
- Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
- Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
- Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
- Determine the human resources required.
- Determine the material resources required.
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets.
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary .interventions for improvement.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Admin, IT, procurement, Sales/distribution and higher management.
