Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified

Production Head

to lead the production operations in our fiberglass manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in GRP products and the chemical industry, with strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations for fiberglass/GRP product lines. Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met consistently. Plan and optimize manpower and resources for efficient production output. Implement and monitor production schedules and preventive maintenance plans. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and logistics teams. Lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and production workers with effective guidance and supervision. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production processes and cost control. Monitor raw material usage and inventory levels in coordination with the procurement department. Report production KPIs, issues, and progress to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience in GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) products and chemical industry manufacturing. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and quality assurance. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Immediate joiner preferred.
