About the Role

SRN Mechanical Services LLC is seeking a

dynamic and experienced Production Head

to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have

10-15 years of experience

, strong management skills, and the confidence to take bold decisions to drive operational efficiency and growth.

This is a senior leadership role that requires a hands-on approach, excellent team management capabilities, and a proven track record of overseeing production in mechanical or engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet business objectives. Monitor and optimize workflow, resource allocation, and manpower utilization. Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments, including QA, Sales, and Operations, to streamline processes. Mentor, train, and motivate production teams to achieve excellence. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, making bold decisions when required.

Candidate Requirements

10-15 years of experience

in production management, preferably in mechanical or engineering industries. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Confident, bold, and capable of handling high-pressure situations. Knowledge of industrial safety standards and production best practices. Must be

presently based in the UAE

and available for interviews.
