Production Incharge - Joinery Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable

Production Engineer

to oversee and manage all production activities in our joinery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of modern joinery techniques and production processes, along with strong leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the joinery production floor, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency. Utilize in-depth knowledge of modern joinery manufacturing to supervise the production of high-quality woodwork products. Collaborate with clients, project managers, and design teams to understand project requirements and provide cost-effective solutions. Review and coordinate shop drawings and ensure accurate implementation in production. Plan and schedule production activities in line with project timelines and delivery commitments. Ensure proper site installation coordination and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Develop, implement, and monitor

Quality Assurance (QA)

and

Quality Control (QC)

protocols to meet industry standards. Attend client meetings to provide technical input, address concerns, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Identify and resolve production issues proactively to maintain workflow and reduce downtime. Implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining product quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Lead, train, and manage the production team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering, Wood Technology

, or related field (preferred) Minimum

5 years of experience

in a joinery production supervisory or managerial role Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and production planning tools

Pay: AED12,000.00 per month
