Job Title: Production Floor Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production on the perfumery floor, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise the full production process with having the mentality of meet the production target. Manage and supervise production staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize production efficiency. Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and supplies. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review. Enforce strict adherence to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in the perfumery or cosmetics industry Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment used in perfumery production Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
