My client is a leading manufacturing unit, is seeking a detail-oriented

Production Executive

to support production. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the production process to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and meet quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing the production team by providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that all team members are working effectively and efficiently.

2. Planning and organizing production schedules to ensure that products are manufactured on time and meet quality standards.

3. Monitoring production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize production efficiency.

4. Ensuring that production processes comply with relevant regulations and standards, such as food safety regulations and environmental regulations.

5. Working with maintenance team to maintain production equipment and ensuring that it is functioning properly.

6. Working with purchase team to manage inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished products are available to meet production schedules.

7. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

8. Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the production process.

9. Ensuring that products meet quality standards and that any issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

10. Providing regular reports to senior management on production performance and cost.

Requirements:

University Degree Required. Minimum

3 year of experience

in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Basic understanding of production processes . Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
