We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven

Production Executive

to oversee and coordinate daily food production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of food products while maintaining compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output targets. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, GMP). Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product standards. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to streamline operations. Maintain accurate production records, including batch reports and raw material usage. Train and guide production line staff to ensure compliance with SOPs. Identify areas for process improvement and suggest efficiency-enhancing initiatives. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational. Enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

Diploma in related field. 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry. Strong understanding of food safety standards and manufacturing best practices. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and production-related software. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
