Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.
- Implement and monitor production KPIs to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the workshop, plant, and yard.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage inventory and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance production workflows.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Possess extensive knowledge and experience in Steel Structure Fabrication and Construction.
- Apply industry-specific expertise to optimize production processes and product quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the UAE market, regulations, and industry requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local standards and regulations in all production activities.
- Leverage local experience to address challenges and optimize production for the UAE market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in steel structure fabrication and construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes, machinery, and materials.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing workshops, plants, and yards
- Hands-on experience with production planning and scheduling.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- UAE experience in the steel structure fabrication and construction industry is mandatory.
