- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of steel structure fabrication and construction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Lead the sales team and ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in closing deals and managing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience in steel structure fabrication and construction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Business Development/Sales, with a focus on Steel Structure Fabrication and Construction.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
