Job Description

- Ensuring floor supervision & Work order system is followed. - Ensuring daily production as per set targets & Plan. - Ensure the smooth functioning of all machines 4) Ensure the daily productivity based on capacity. - Scheduling Preventive maintenance for all machine on every inventory day. - Making sure that all Documentation related to Maintenance is followed. - Checking if Critical Spares list and its stock is available all time. - Ensuring breakdown maintenance is tracked in History card. - To check Product safety by ensuring GMP is followed and no process bypass is done. - Ensuring proper housekeeping is done in Production & Mfg hall - Ensure the timely movement of Finished Goods from Show Floor To Storage Warehouse. - Finished goods dispatch to be coordinated. - Helping in inventory every month end or start of the month. - Daily Meeting with Machine operators to discuss output of the day and plan. - Training Labours & operators on the process flow. - Assisting the production manager in developing production plans and schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and resource availability. - Collecting and analysing production data, such as production rates, quality metrics, and efficiency measures.
