: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Production Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our production and operations processes to ensure the efficient manufacturing and distribution of our perfume and skincare products. Responsibilities: *Assist in coordinating and executing production schedules to meet supply demands and deadlines *Support the procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies by maintaining inventory levels and placing orders as needed *Assist in monitoring and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime *Work closely with the production, operations and sales team to ensure clients requirements are met and compliance with quality control standards and production procedures. *Assist in the coordination of product packaging and labeling, including inventory management and quality assurance *Responsible for coordination on dispatch, shipping and receiving processes, including preparing and tracking orders for distribution and coordination with company driver. *Assist in maintaining accurate production and inventory records. *Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and operational efficiency *Administrative task related to operations including procurement. *Other task that management and operations deemed seems require. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Experience:
