Make ready, machine setup and run flow wrap, over wrap wrapping machines & kitting lines
Load database into flow wrap lines against relevant Work Instruction (WI)
Review WI to ensure correct cards are loaded and setup camera system.
Monitor the wrapping & kitting process for any errors and ensure minimal defects
Material issue and material return to warehouse and consumption booking.
Updating production log of wrapping & kitting process.
Shrink wrapping and packing as per packing specification.
Implementation of the agreed testing methods.
Analyse the quality issues and provide root case and corrective action.
Communicate QC, IT production, engineering, press, planning for smooth production.
Shift handover reports and escalation to management.
Material issue and return to warehouse and consumption booking.
Motivation and training of operator and labour.
Ensure the completion of project on agreed shipments dates.
Clean and maintain machines and components.
Carry out daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedules
