Job Overview

Ard Aljamal Cosmetics Manufacturing LLC is hiring a

Machine Operator & Production Assistant

to support daily operations at our cosmetics factory in

DIP 2, Dubai

. This dual-role position involves operating production machinery, assisting in manufacturing activities, supporting the

Production Manager

, and overseeing storage of raw materials and finished goods.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in

cosmetics manufacturing

machine operation

basic machinery maintenance

warehouse support

.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor

cosmetics manufacturing machines

including mixers, filling lines, sealing, and labeling machines. Assist in

batching, filling, capping, labeling, and packing

of skincare and haircare products. Perform routine

machine checks

, cleaning, and support in basic preventive maintenance tasks.

Support the Production Manager

by overseeing day-to-day production tasks and ensuring smooth workflow on the factory floor. Help plan and execute daily production as per schedule and supervisor instructions.

Manage storage of raw materials and finished goods

in the production area. Organize materials as per FIFO, label stock, and ensure proper handling during movement. Monitor stock levels of commonly used items and alert the production or procurement team for replenishment. Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the production and storage areas. Report any equipment faults, safety issues, or material discrepancies immediately.

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a

Machine Operator

,

Production Assistant

, or

Factory Worker

in a

cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing unit

. Familiarity with

cosmetics production processes

(creams, serums, oils, etc.) is a plus. Basic knowledge of

machine maintenance

and troubleshooting. Experience in

warehouse or stock room handling

is an advantage. Ability to follow SOPs, production checklists, and hygiene protocols. Physically fit, hardworking, and willing to work in shifts. Must be available to join immediately and work from
