This is a full-time on-site Media Production Assistant role located in Dubai at Eli Art Production. The Studio Production Assistant will be responsible for production assistance, quality control, customer service, editing, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Study the rhythm and workflow of the studio and be proactive in helping with tasks and preparing for projects; be flexible and ready to sort out a myriad of problems as they arise. Supports the studio manager and studio coordinator by taking on many of the day-to-day jobs that come up all the time in a busy studio facility. This could be providing admin support, greeting the cast and crew, printing timesheets or rate cards. Keen eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and an aptitude for organization and data management, Provide hands-on support during photo shoots. Assist with setting up and retrieving product samples. Ensure products meet handling requirements and are available for photographers. Assist with equipment adjustments and ensure all necessary tools are ready. Monitor shooting schedules to ensure timely task completion. Manage workflow to meet high-volume demands without sacrificing quality. Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing based on urgency.

Qualifications

2+ years of proven experience in a production assistant role, preferably in a photo studio or similar creative environment. Familiarity with photography and scanning equipment. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and presentation. Ability to think on your feet, adapt to changing needs and solve problems proactively. Positive attitude and willingness to wear many hats to get the job done.
