About the Role

We are hiring a

Production & Service Engineer (Instrumentation)

to support production operations, material handling, technical documentation, and after-sales service for industrial field instruments. The role includes workshop coordination, customer support, troubleshooting, and occasional site visits across UAE & GCC.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Material Workflow

Verify material availability for new orders and coordinate timelines with purchasing. Inspect and confirm received materials and notify QC for testing. Review supplier certificates and prepare internal compliance documents. Coordinate handover to stores and logistics for packing and dispatch.

Technical Service & Support

Act as first point of contact for product-related technical issues. Log, track, and close service cases with corrective and preventive actions. Provide remote troubleshooting (phone, email, video) for installation & calibration. Conduct on-site servicing, inspection, repair, or replacement when required. Prepare service reports and maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Work with production, quality, design, and sales teams for issue resolution. Support continuous improvement based on recurring service feedback. Advise customers on maintenance procedures and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. 5 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance, field service, or technical support. Practical knowledge of: Pressure, Temperature, Level & Flow instruments Calibration and testing of analog instruments Instrument installation, fittings, and wiring Ability to read datasheets, wiring diagrams, loop drawings. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Willing to travel locally and within GCC for field service visits.
