Position Objective:
To leverage expertise in instrumentation engineering to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of instrumentation systems in production operations.
To provide technical leadership, innovative solutions, and proactive support to enhance instrumentation capabilities and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field required..
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Experience in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing lead times.
Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high levels of productivity.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Continuously review and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supplies for production and timely delivery to customers.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the production facility.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to select and manage
