We are multinational company hiring for Junior Gas Chromatography (GC) Sales and Service Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Junior Gas Chromatography (GC) Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in GC systems with sales acumen, providing an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow in a fast-paced environment. The Junior GC Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting equipment installations and repairs, and assisting with sales activities.

Service & Support:

Install, maintain, and repair gas chromatography (GC) systems and related equipment at customer sites. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits. Troubleshoot and resolve instrument malfunctions and operational issues. Perform routine calibrations and validations of GC instruments. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Conduct customer training on GC operation and maintenance.

Sales & Business Development:

Assist in the sales of GC instruments, consumables, and services. Identify and qualify potential sales leads. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Provide technical input for sales proposals and quotations. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive products.

General:

Adhere to company safety protocols and quality control procedures. Maintain inventory of service parts and tools. Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve company goals. Travel to customer sites as required

Qualifications:

B.TECH Basic understanding of gas chromatography principles and techniques. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused attitude and strong service orientation. Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Experience with GC brands (e.g., Agilent Thermo ,Scion, Shimadzu etc) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in analytical instrument service or sales. Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation. Familiarity with CRM software. Experience with mass spectrometry.
