Production and Maintenance Operator

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Water Tech is seeking a skilled Production and Maintenance Operator to join our manufacturing facility in Dubai. This dynamic role combines hands-on production responsibilities with essential maintenance duties, offering an excellent opportunity for technically-minded professionals to contribute to our chemical manufacturing operations.

What are the Day-to-Day Duties?

Conduct chemical blending according to prescribed recipes ensuring precise quantities and quality standards

Perform product analysis and packaging operations

Execute routine maintenance tasks including electrical and mechanical breakdowns

Conduct electrical panel board inspections and thermographic inspections

Perform diaphragm pump overhauling and preventive maintenance of centrifugal pumps

Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and material handling

Maintain and operate compressors, boilers, and RO plants

Follow and implement EHS regulations and standards

Qualifications

Preferred skills and experience

Vocational training certificate in Electrical (2 years) 3-5 years' experience in chemical manufacturing plants Basic knowledge of chemistry Basic understanding of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems Valid UAE forklift license Basic computer skills including SAP Strong attention to detail and orderly work habits Proactive approach with positive attitude Valid car driving license (light vehicle) Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts
