Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Production Manager
to join our Interior and Fit-Out team.Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise factory production for joinery, furniture, and fit-out works
Plan production schedules to meet project deadlines
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams
Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications
Monitor material usage, manpower, and machinery
Implement safety and quality standards in production
Resolve production issues and improve efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years experience in interior fit-out / joinery production
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
Ability to manage teams and meet tight deadlines
Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
