About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Client Success Executive (English & Arabic) based in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi, to oversee the deployment and adoption of our clients' ERP, a next-generation HRMS platform. This is a 3-month contractual role with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
The Client Success Manager will serve as the primary liaison for clients during deployment, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, effective user adoption, and long-term client satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to attend on-site client meetings and collaborate closely with internal and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
? Deployment & Onboarding
Lead end-to-end client onboarding, data migration, and system deployment.
Conduct training workshops and support user adoption in both English and Arabic.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
? Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout deployment.
Address client queries, manage escalations, and provide proactive support.
Build strong relationships with HR leaders, GMs, and founders across client organizations.
? Operational Support
Travel to client offices (primarily in Abu Dhabi) as required.
Provide structured reports on deployment progress and client health.
Gather client feedback and channel it into product and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related discipline.
2+ years' experience in Client Success, Project Management, or HR Tech implementation, ideally with SaaS/ERP solutions.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance in the UAE.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Based in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Own visa (spousal/freelance) preferred; company sponsorship can be considered if required.
Flexible to travel to client sites as needed.

Type: 3-month contractual role (extendable).
Location: Abu Dhabi, with occasional travel across UAE.
Visa: Own visa (spousal/freelance) preferred.
Driving License: Mandatory for client visits.
