Key Responsibilities:

• Support Surgeons and nurses in Orthopedic Sports Medicine surgeries in operation theater
• Assist in the attainment of established sales goals including market share objectives
• Assist in implementing market development and field marketing activities
• Schedule appointments and makes sales presentations to customers
• Develop customer and product focused presentation packages for sales
• Coordinate Professional Education activities to enhance the knowledge of Healthcare professionals
• Make regular visits to customer locations to capture information on orders and market conditions
• Perform contract and/or tender management activities
• Manage assigned territory while operating within an assigned budget
• Check with logistics to ensure product availability
• Implement national, regional and local promotional activities that are designed to advance sales in specific product lines or areas
• Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
• Assist in making sales forecasts for business planning by account and submits to management
• Prepare sales reports and documents as required
• Relay relevant market information to management
• Train surgeons and nurses on Orthopedic Sports Medicine instrumentation and Machines through extensive workshops and demos.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree (Life Sciences preferred)
• Strong technical Orthopedics and Sports Medicine skills

Experience and Skills:

• Ideally 2-3 years of Sales experience within Orthopedics and Sports Medicine area
• High level target commitment
• Proven track record in Sports Medicine, penetration, conversion and achieving BP
• Excellent Orthopedics customer relationship
• Knowledge of UAE market is preferred
• Strong financial acumen
• Compliant and CREDO driven person
