Job Description

Promoting and enhancing the Hartmann business in the Middle East. Act as a vital link between the customers and the sales team to develop Hartmann business. Promote Hartmann efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of the sales team and by conveying the right message to the customer. Medical Trainer responsibilities involve providing complete training, share of expertise in ways that motivate others, studying the market trends, understanding the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs, delivering solutions that meet their expectations, and understand all Medical details and competition for Hartmann products.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • The employee should be totally customer oriented, self-motivated and determined to achieve challenging goals and objectives.
  • He/she should be able to understand the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and have a vision to tailor a complete solution for them.
  • He/she should be able to identify the product issues and resolve them immediately.
  • Design, plan and implement effective training programs using up-to-date tools for online and face-to-face approaches for the optimal reach and knowledge acquisition.
  • Prepare educational material such as presentations, module summaries, videos, webinars, quizzes\xe2\x80\xa6 and communication material for marketed products.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of education/training programs by conducting regular knowledge tests for sales team.
  • Create and develop customized training process for individuals not able to meet or maintain minimum required level of knowledge.
  • Liaise with sales managers to determine training needs for sales team and customers that will assist in achieving the sales objectives.
  • Support and mentor new employees for boarding and acquisition of the product knowledge and guide them on how to introduce the products to the customers.
  • Track attendance for sales team training and customers congress or webinars
  • Tailor special trainings based on the defined strategies for the new products trials and existing products to develop consumption into new indications.
  • Update the sales team and customers knowledge with latest scientific publications related to Hartmann products and usage.
  • Solve any complain related of the product and find out ways to enhance its strengths together with Medical and Sales colleagues.
  • Keep abreast with the competitors\' products, activities, and their strategies.
  • Maintain the scientific documentation of all the relevant products and takes an active part in the launching and/or pre-sales activities.
  • Identify new markets/opportunities and together with sales managers propose an action plan to introduce the products in these areas.
  • Position the product in such a way that all the potential customers are well-aware of the organization\'s products and make it a point to buy them.

Required qualifications
  • Health Sciences or equivalent education / Nursing qualification and work experience in healthcare facility or a similar training position in a medical device company
  • Medical knowledge and ability to learn and develop his/her knowledge.
  • Good communication and public speaking skills with critical thinking
  • Love sharing knowledge and helping others to improve and expand their knowledge
  • Flexibility and willingness to meet varied hours and some travel is essential to succeed in the role.
  • Excellent English & Arabic language in writing and communication
  • Computer knowledge in usage of Microsoft office
