Our new business division is starting specialty onsite bottling and a unique glass bottle exchange program for the hospitality industry for which we need to grow our production quality team. We are seeking a driven, eager to learn and experienced Product Quality Lead who can contribute in design, execution and management of leads from introduction to purchase. This individual will also be involved in growth strategies. This is part of a core startup position hence the opportunity for growth is exponential. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the overall bottling plant supervision in terms of production, quality control/assurance and general operational management, ensuring that the daily volume targets are met by production as per product quality standards. 2. Plans and implements the maintenance management system of the plant and prepares the plant\'s overhaul schedules without affecting production requirements. 3. Regularly reviews the operating results of the organization, compares them to the established objectives, and takes steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct and improve unsatisfactory results. 4a. Lead regulatory compliance projects for the company for both national and regional government standards 4b. Ensures the implementation of the quality assurance programs of the company which includes environment and safety. 5. Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with the established policies and top management approval. 6. Deliver the production as per sales demand at the highest quality and minimum cost possible for the bottling plant. 7. The candidate should consist of organizational skills. Should have a sound appreciation of bottling line operation. Basic understanding of the bottling line. Above all, he must have analytical ability and project management skills. 8. Should be excellent in Customer account management, which is, listen to customer concerns, complaints, answer customer questions and provide information about the company\'s products and services. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues with their customers\' experience.
