To propel our growth further we're looking for senior data lead with demonstrated experience in managing data quality lifecycles, ideally within financial services, to join our Financial Management Group in Gurugram.It's an exciting time to join the team as we transform how we operate by automating solutions, enhancing processes and controls and creating streamlined structures. There are plenty of opportunities for you to make a difference in our transformation journey.As Data Quality Lead you'll lead a team of analyst and developers to manage the end-to-end data quality implementation lifecycle. You'll partner closely with senior members of the Finance and business teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions and play a critical role in measuring, controlling, monitoring and improving the quality of data needed for key business processes.Your success in this role will require exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to lead and inspire technical people alike. You lead by example, working cooperatively and communicating openly to build a positive, cohesive team. You're curious and driven, with the ability to self-manage workload and deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and quality and possess a strong appreciation of key business drivers and an understanding of the impact of change upon the business.You'll have 12 years of experience, majority of which should be in implementing DQ framework/ Data governance activities/Data Risk and controls experience. You'll also bring experience in BFSI domain and experience in data quality tools (Informatica Data Quality tool experience is big positive), including data profiling, and cleansing.
