Intelligently connecting the dots across fragmented information landscapes, we bring to our clients a unique, real-time understanding of the trades happening all over the world, by giving them access to live information about the movement of cargos, the availability of vessels as well as commodity storage.To support this endeavor, we have teams in more than 7 countries and 9 key locations (Brussels, Paris, Hyares, London, Vienna, Dubai, Singapore, Houston and New York). With individuals of various backgrounds, diverse skills, and international experiences, being global & inclusive is in our DNA!Strong of your power trading or analysis experiences, you will be focused into defining the business requirements to develop a brand new data and software solution for the power trading market. Designing solutions to improve the day to day tasks and life of the traders and analysts so to help them make decisions faster while having a positive impact on the sustainability of the market.Your entrepreneurial skills will come handy as you will work with engineers to bootstrap this new solution from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to solve the problems you have been facing as a power trader/analyst for years and help the market transition to greener solutions by having a better understanding of the data at hand. Your missions.Bootstrapping a data solution for the power market by understanding and scoping the user needs .Communicating to the engineering teams the customer needs for the various personas.Managing and prioritizing the requirements backlog to fit business needs in your crew/squad.Assessing competition products and trends so as to stay competitive.Learn and follow the product governance best practices and agile methodologies.Creating product marketing collaterals to support sales initiatives.Communicating the value proposition of any new workflow or feature developed.Working with the sales and customer success teams to push the adoption of the product .Coaching and mentoring your team members and the rest of the organisation .Never stop learning and sharingPreferred experience.You have at least 5 years experience as a power trader or analyst or product manager in a power software company (mandatory)..You have a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.You have the ability to solve complex problems and multitasking.You have experience in building analytical models for the power markets (e.g. supply and demand, pricing, risk management etcaEUR).You have an excellent analytical ability, at ease with working with databases, ability to highlight trends and use complex data to support decisions.Being proficient in Excel and VBA; SQL, python, statistical modeling, other programming would be an advantage.You are a true and kind team player, quick learner, and able to work with short deadlines across different tasks.You are a great communicator and team player.You are native or bilingual in English (mandatory)Our values.
