We build resilience so our clients are ready for tomorrow's risks and optimize operations for the future. ____ THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES You'll be working with a diverse team of data scientists, data engineers, software engineers to deliver unique and unprecedented products across industries. As a product manager, you will be operating as the CEO of the product and will be responsible for the end-to-end success of the products under you. You will be involved in the conceptualization, prioritization, product-market fit, commercial roadmap, pricing, launch, and sunset of your product. Your responsibilities will include, for example: Set the long-term vision of the products Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life. Delivers the operating plan: the achievement of growth objectives, including market share, revenue, profit, and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and key customers. Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation. Leverage existing Oliver Wyman Assets by building a effective network inside the firm Stay on top of the key developments in terms of market focus, technology, delivery methods to build and deliver successful products. YOUR EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS You are a well-rounded professional who brings a wealth of real-world experience and a/ an: Bachelor's or master's degree Entrepreneur mindset Background in product management An expert in prioritization, time and resource management A self-starter and an evidence-based decision maker A compelling track record of designing and deploying large scale products, which deliver tangible, ongoing value Direct experience having built and deployed complex production systems that implement modern, data scientific methods at scale and do so robustly. Comfort in environments where large projects are time-boxed and therefore consequential design decisions may need to be made and acted upon rapidly.. Startup experience is a plus, but not required.
