Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Contract: Full Time

Johnson & Johnson has an immediate opening for Product Manager PAH & VOT MOTUWA role at Janssen department which will be based in Morocco.

Overall, Purpose of this Job:

This professional will lead sales and marketing activities for their brand(s) in their dedicated country and execute local marketing objectives for Morocco Tunisia & French Speaking Africa.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

+ Accountable for delivering the specific business objectives for his/her brand(s) in the designated market(s) as set out in the Business Plan and in the shared CVT/BT Goals and Objectives aligned with the BUM.

+ Act as the external face for marketing and brand communication to local customers and stakeholders.

+ Support BUM in the Business Planning process with relevant information and insights for his/her market and priority brands.

+ Gather the required market insights and information to contribute to the forecasting exercise for the brands in their market(s).

+ Oversee the development and execution of the tactical plan in collaboration with the local Brand Teams.

+ Responsible for monitoring and controlling the brand and marketing performance by tracking KPI targets.

+ Ensure launch readiness of the country teams for new products in his/her market(s).

+ Train the sales force on the use of marketing materials and the commercial Approach.

+ Support the BUM in the Business Planning process for the relevant brand(s)/market(s).

+ Lead brand team meetings to:

+ Spend at least 40% of time on the ground interacting with local stakeholders (e.g. decision makers, KOLs)to support the brand positioning and ensure the commercial tactics convey the desired message effectively (NB: field time allocation may vary by TA, market, product lifecycle, sales team size, etc.)

+ Ensure tracking of brand and marketing performance in designated markets.

+ Participate in EMEA Product Manager network where applicable.

Qualifications

We'd love to hear from YOU, if you have:

Required:

+ Advanced degree in business, marketing or life sciences preferred.

+ At least 5 years of Prior experience in pharmaceutical in marketing.

+ Experience in Sales with specialty products.

+ Fluent in English and French.

+ Ability to develop marketing materials, both in print as digital.

+ Strength in driving tactical execution of commercial strategies.

+ Experience in ensuring launch readiness of an organization.

+ Financial forecasting based on market access information.

+ Experience in building business plans.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams without authority.

+ Ability to work within highly matrixed environments and cross-functional and multicultural teams.

+ Proficiency in project management including time management and prioritization capability.

+ Strong skills in building internal and external relationships.

+ Confident coaching skills to train local sales force teams on the commercial messaging approach.

+ Proficiency with conflict resolution and difficult/ crucial conversations.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Personal accountability for consistent application of standard processes

+ Energetic, self-motivated and pro-active attitude.

+ Personal integrity and honesty.

+ Organization and planning skills.

+ Flexibility to learn new things.

+ Willingness to travel regularly.
