Develop and implement an experimentation product roadmap for the Growth Team that aligns with the overall CAFU strategy and objectives.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities and experiments based on user insights, market trends, and business goals.
Identify growth loops working with marketing and ensure these are implemented through CAFU\xe2\x80\x99s digital and non-digital channels.
Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery of products on time and on budget.
Collaborate with marketing to develop effective go-to-market strategies and campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
Use data-driven approaches to measure and analyze CAFU\xe2\x80\x99s product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential growth opportunities for CAFU.
Collaborate with other product teams to ensure a seamless user experience across CAFU\xe2\x80\x99s product portfolio.
Work closely with the data science team to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure CAFU\xe2\x80\x99s growth initiatives are driving positive results.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
Proven track record of developing and launching successful products that drive business growth.
Proficient in SQL and in analytical tools such as Amplitude and Mixpanel.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills and a bias for action, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
