We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to solve business problems with a user-centric approach and improve user experience by helping potential users realize the product's value faster, growing the user base, and charting a path to sustainable profitability and growth. Responsibilities
Experimenting with customer segmentation to make sure that the most suitable segment is targeted with in-app experiences. To reach the exact right audience.
Apply the AARRR framework to analyze growth components.
Optimizing the journey through the customer funnel using user experience research tools like A/B testing to ensure an effective approach to create a smooth customer journey.
Identifying opportunities to improve the customer acquisition strategies to incress user engagment with the product.
Making the user onboarding process seamless to help customers engage with the product easily and quickly.
Run an activation and retention analysis.
This will consist of:
Optimizing the signup flow to reduce friction
Determine an Aha Moment and which segment of users reach activation
Run a cohort analysis* of the # of active users over time to determine your retention curve
Calculate churn rate and chart the # of users across your product’s lifecycle
From the analysis, you will suggest experiments to increase activation and retention.
Working closely with other teams to optimize the customer retention strategies to obtain more loyal customers and drive more sales.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Requirements
Ability to interpret large amounts of data
Ability to make a presentation deck proposing a user acquisition and growth plan
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of databases, Excel, and google sheet
Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Ready to learn more about growth
Basic understanding of monetization strategy and its uses to improve customer’s experience and profitability
Solid technical background
Familiar with SQL and database management tools and framework
Proven knowledge of Data Visualization
MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
