Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end product strategy for digital financial services in alignment with business priorities
• Build and manage a product roadmap with detailed user stories and delivery milestones
• Gather customer insights and translate them into actionable product requirements
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensure timely feature releases
• Act as the central liaison between engineering, design, and QA teams for flawless execution
• Drive product performance through data-backed decisions, usability feedback, and agile iteration
• Promote a user-first mindset across all product development stages
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and ownership within a fast-paced, evolving product environment

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically for digital platforms or fintech solutions
• Proven track record in card issuance, digital banking, or payment ecosystems
• Experience working in start-ups or agile, dynamic tech environments
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder alignment experience
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, MVP development, and continuous delivery models
• Business-oriented with the ability to align design decisions to commercial KPIs
