Product Manager is required by the leading IT solutions company based in Dubai to focus on product management. . Responsible for overall commercial success and profitability of IT Solutions products. . Maintain a strong technical knowledge of IT Solutions product offerings, coordinate with R&D regarding product enhancements and modifications and liaise the marketing activities for his products. . Propose the pricing guidelines and support pre-sales activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES . Provide inputs for the divisionaEUR(TM)s plans and operational budget. . Ensure compliance with all legal, contractual, audit, regulatory, risk management and safety requirements and procedures, especially in respect of IP confidentiality and related risks. . Maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness of all processes by ensuring that all the technology needs of the business unit are addressed (in coordination with Corporate IT). . Develop a product strategy and business case for each product within her/his portfolio and ensure they meet the strategic objectives of the Company. . Responsible for collecting information on customer needs and technology trends in the target sectors and compile a report showcasing a complete understanding of competitor offerings, including pricing and technology trends. . Develop an exhaustive SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis for each product to identify necessary improvements. . Build and maintain IT SolutionsaEUR(TM) product value proposition. Manage product profitability through proposing product price guidelines to the Director of Product Development & Marketing. . Evaluate new product development or change requests in terms of added value. Recommend selectively to the Director of Product Development & Marketing any requests for developments and/or enhancements. . Educate the client and local partners about the company's IT Software solutions through presentations and marketing materials. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS . Bachelor in Marketing, Product Management and/or Engineering. . Five to eight (5-8) years of relevant experience. . IT Industry exposure in the UAE focusing on Government. . Willing to travel GCC. . Ideally Arabic speaker. . Familiar with IT solutions (e-gov, e-customs, e-payments, e-service or other IT solutions). #J-18808-Ljbffr
