Development of marketing and promotional mix to meet Product objectives and customer needs.
Creates and delivers omnichannel Marketing plans appropriate to life cycle of Products to optimise return for Sandoz.
Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools to deliver corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for Sandoz Bio-Portfolio
Accurate management of budgets for Products.
Full accountability for Product and delivery of all programmes related to it and insure the flawless execution of the cross-functional Tactical plans .
Understanding and use of marketing principles and C4/MPH process to deliver to customer needs
Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools
Field force coaching on the marketing messages
KOLs management
Management of external agencies to meet team goals
Acts as a Product champion to create enthusiasm and focus internally and with external customers and agencies.
Drive marketing digital plans

Minimum requirements
2-5 years marketing services experience and Product management experience.
Immunology or Oncology or Haematology experience is preferable
Gulf experience is a preferable
