Job Description

As Product Manager, you will serve as the critical link between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors. You'll define product vision, manage the backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-impact solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on stakeholder input and business value
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories or manage the team responsible for doing so
• Act as the main point of contact for product-related queries
• Lead backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Manage vendor contracts and renewals
• Oversee the full product lifecycle
• Research and compare products to meet emerging demands

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceDesk
• Strategic thinking and user-centric mindset
• Technical background or experience working with development teams
• Familiarity with data analytics and user research
