Digital Product Line Manager - MENA Region
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive our digital product line strategy and execution across the MENA region. In this critical role, you will provide vision and leadership to our Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to our oil and gas customers.
Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute regional go-to-market strategies, identifying partnership opportunities to meet customer needs
• Evaluate market conditions and align product line strategy to capitalize on favorable dynamics
• Lead operations to successfully execute opportunities and drive cross/upsell of products and services
• Conduct market research and develop product line marketing strategies to maximize market share
• Manage the regional P&L, commercial pipeline, and all financial reporting for the product line
• Provide effective staff leadership, driving performance management, talent development, and retention

Required Experience

• 10+ years of technology development (hardware and software) and commercialization experience
• 7+ years of experience across the oil and gas value chain
• 3+ years of exposure to automation and cloud technologies
• 5+ years of cross-functional team leadership experience

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Cloud certification from major cloud providers
• Industrial automation certifications from major edge and automation providers
