Description

We are looking for a Product Lead for a new strategic direction in Tabby. You\'re going to be responsible for the debt collection process that combines innovative technology with a compassionate approach to debt recovery. We transform the debt collection experience into a positive and respectful interaction, leveraging data-driven strategies and customer-centric practices. The product is used both in-house and as a stand-alone B2B solution.

As the Product Lead, you will take responsibility over the product vision, strategy, and execution for our debt collection solutions. You will be responsible for driving product innovation that aligns with our mission of providing ethical, effective, and empathetic debt collection services. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the user experience for both our customers, our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision:

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and market needs.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our product remains ahead of the curve.
• Set up KPIs and make sure the product achieves them.
• Product Development & Management:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, product development, and post-launch analysis.
• Work with hypotheses, organize A/B testing and make decisions based on the businessmetrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product roll-outs.
• Customer Experience & Insights:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and innovations.
• Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, team members, and external partners.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 4+ years of experience in Product management
• 1+ years of experience as a People Manager
• Experience in Collection is strongly preferred, experience in banking or operations is a plus
• Experience in building products with machine learning is a plus
• Fluent English
• Strong skills in product analytics and goal-setting
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Getting things done mindset
