The Role We are looking for a proactive solutions-focused product lead with experience in consumer facing technology-based services. You would ideally have experience in managing new product launches/transformations of mission-critical payment platforms. The scope of work will be varied and include providing best practices in product lifecycle process, discovery, ideation, planning, regulatory compliance and building products through agile methodologies. Strategic You will drive the strategy, rollout and post launch of a portfolio of products. The venture needs someone from a fintech, banking or payments background looking to build and develop a global product team to create and deliver market leading products. Assume joint responsibility for managing the growth and profitability of myZoi's products and services Develop deep understanding of the target market through customer surveys, creating customer journey maps, and competitor analysis Assist with myZoi's product vision with the help of product roadmaps, collaboration with end users, and aligning with business objectives in consultation with key stakeholders Develop and launch new products with relevant customer value proposition to help address needs of targeted client segments Work closely with the design team to understand the voice of the customer to ensure the product experience exceeds client expectations Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to ensure our product offering is best in class Collaborate across functions to develop partnerships, work towards a seamless and frictionless experience Business You will assist in overseeing, and managing the product portfolio of myZoi with the aim of delivering a best-in-class experience to customers. Chair demand management and sprint retrospective meetings. Provide steer for product prioritization and sprint planning. Manage product backlog by ensuring prioritization based on overall strategy, stakeholder requirements, and availability of time and budget. Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle from planning and execution to sprint reviews. Work with development teams to refine and improve processes. Monitor and evaluate product progress at all stages. Ensure sprint progress reporting and quality assurance of final products prior to go-live Assume maintenance ownership of all existing products, including monitoring of product performance across revenue and cost parameters and product programs reviews, renewals and exits. Support with timely resolution of client queries or escalations and help deliver necessary process improvements. Work toward continued improvement of user onboarding experience; and elevate user activation and retention. Risk Management Undertake risk assessment to ensure the readiness for launching new product and control environment remains robust. Take ownership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of products to ensure products meet performance targets, regulatory requirements (if any), client needs and can be operationalised and maintained within Risk Appetite. Adhere to minimum standards of Product Governance for the ongoing maintenance and release of existing and new products respectively. Periodic Product Review (PPR) using risk-based approach Work toward minimising systemic product risks by considering the design of the product features, implementation of process robustness, appropriateness and performance monitoring and considering product specific regulations. People and Talent You are an established product leader with top notch communication skills. Able to attract and inspire the smartest people with the aim of developing an all-star product team at myZoi. Build, mentor and manage the product team. Manage performance, wellbeing, and engagement by creating a culture of openness, achievement, and satisfaction. Provide leadership, direction, coaching, mentoring, and support is provided to all team members based on individual needs Ensure all team members have a current JD outlining the key responsibility areas of their role and how it will be measured Ensure all Team Members have the skills and experience to perform individual roles or have a development plan in place to achieve set objectives Ensure the company values and behaviours are consistently promoted and reinforced Undertake regular 1:1s and conduct annual performance & development reviews Provide a safe working environment for all employees and proactively manage all OH&S issues Be responsible for upskilling individual members of the team and encourage continuous learning and applying new ways of working Governance Promote the culture of best in class customer centric products with appropriate controls and risk mitigants Undertake appropriate risk assessment for any new and materially changed product programme. Follow a risk-based approach to decision making. Identify product-specific risks and regulations including considerations of all Principal Risk Types (PRTs) and applicable mitigation and inherent, control and residual risk assessment Post Implementation Review of the product to validate that the product has been implemented in line with the PPG / CA Ensure content of the PPG is up to date through ongoing monitoring and review of changes in the environment, which may impact the product. Ensure timely escalation to senior management of any exception related to Risk Appetite Assess the impact to Important Business Service (IBS) as a result of any new product launch, changes to existing products or withdrawal of products. Always strive to have a positive VOC Ensure legal and regulatory compliance are adhered to at all times during various product phases Support internal and external audits and regulatory reviews and reporting requirements Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct. Ability to define product metrics relevant for influencing the success of the product for opportunities Experience in card product management is an added advantage Sharp business acumen including ability to assess risk and reward trade-offs.
