Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Development & Marketing Manager to join our Product Development department based in Dubai.

We would prefer immediate joiners for this position.

Job responsibilities:

Correspondence with buyer starting from Inquiry to order confirmation, cost negotiation, TNA closure, capacity blocking, sales discussion etc.

Obligation & Partnership with each team member to assist whenever required for whatever type of job needs to be done in the scope of Product Development & Marketing / Merchandising.

Preparing season specific ranges and developing products as per buyer requirements.

Schedule Sales meeting with the management to review sales with current & future developments.

Discussing commercial decisions etc with the Top management on certain cost, peruse new / existing buyers.

Attending Design Meeting & present Compony profile & Design Collection.

Required to travel overseas countires to meet various sourcing team & customers.

Maintaining Business relationship with existing buyers & perusing new buyers.

Correspondence with factory planning team on capacity, line openings, input requirements, Production continuity etc.

Ensuring product development & objective based sampling as per buyer's specifications.

Review tech packs, Design Intents, co creation, Market Intel, all kinds of samples, Strike offs, Lab dips etc Fabric & Trims sourcing.

Price negotiation with fabric & accessories supplier.

Maintaining records & control on Factory Compliance, renewal & approvals.

Training & monitoring performance of the team members to maintain excellence in operations.

Interacting with the buyers and getting production samples approved from the buyers.

Co-Ordination with Pattern department for Best Yields.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role in a reputable Apparel Manufacturing company.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum Bachelor's degree or above.

The ideal candidate should be good in administrative capabilities, Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Holding a multiple entry visa for the USA would be an added advantage.
