Description

Looking for a Product Development Manager for a leading client in UAE.
- Responsible for development, implementation and monitoring of marketing plans.
- Developing and managing all marketing elements of assigned products including forecasting, promotional mix, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Analysis and monitoring products performance.
- Work closely with field force regarding planning and execution of products plan.
- Training and development of field force.
- Prepare the launching plans of new products, also gone through the extensive training program for field force regarding new product launches.
- Prepare Field Operation Management system to control the sales team Field work.
- Managing administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.

English - Fluent / Excellent

Job Skills
Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Must speak Arabic and English fluently
- Good experience in product development and retail business
-Proficient in using research tools.
-Proficient in use of computers
- Must have a strong scientific background
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
